Offers and promotions displayed on the Platform are provided by influencers and restaurants. We are not responsible for honoring these offers. Terms and conditions for each offer are determined by the respective party.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by EatWithMe. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
